How do I search for a product?

If you know what you want, use the SEARCH feature. You may search products by categories in the dropdown list on the left. If you're not sure of what you want, browse the site. Visit the main categories by clicking on the navigation links at the left. If you can’t find what you want, send us an enquiry at enquiry@unitednature.com.sg

Do you have a return policy?

Given the nature of the items we sell, we only accept returns if the items were damaged during delivery and we are unable to send you a replacement copy. We will only refund the amount of the items only. (Delivery charges are not refundable.)

To arrange for a return, email us or use the feedback section to inform us of your return. We will issue you a Return Authorisation (RA) number. Pack your return in the original delivery box with the packing materials. Be sure to include the packing list and write the Return Authorisation number and highlight the items you are returning on the packing list.

Address your return to the address below. Make sure you state the Return Authorisation number on the address label:

Returns will be processed in 7-10 days. Your credit refund will be mailed to your delivery address.

How do I place an order?

Placing an order at UnitedNature is easy! You begin the order process by looking for the products you want. Place what you want in your SHOPPING CART. Once you have what you want in your SHOPPING CART and you are ready to pay, proceed to CHECK OUT. At CHECK OUT, you will enter your personal details, contact and delivery information, as well as your payment method. Once you confirm the CHECK OUT process, your order is placed.

What if I do not receive my order?

Orders do not arrive for two reasons: 1. It may not have been packed and shipped out from UnitedNature or 2. May be lost while on its way to you. In the first instance, check on your order status using MY ACCOUNT to see if your order has been processed.

If your order has been processed and shipped out, it is possible that your order may be lost on its way to you. If you believe that to be the case, email us at orders@unitednature.com.sg with your order confirmation number. We will do all we can to remedy the situation.

Can I cancel an order?

Orders may not be cancelled for any reasons.

Can I place my order over the telephone?

Yes. Call us at our Singapore number +65 6858 2322 or fax us at +65 6858 2344 on Mondays to Fridays between 9 am - 6 pm. (GMT +8 hours)

How are orders delivered?

Orders are delivered using Speedpost Worldwide Deliveries Service (Air). Orders delivered within Singapore are delivered using Speedpost Local Deliveries. Other delivery methods are available upon request.

When will my order arrive?

The total delivery time it takes for your order to get to you depends on the availability of the product you want plus the time it takes for the product to get to you.

What if my order gets damaged in delivery?

If the products you ordered arrives in a damaged condition, email us at orders@unitednature.com.sg and let us know.

Can I track my package?

Tracking services are not available for orders delivered within Singapore and to Malaysia because delivery time is within 1-3 days. However, email orders@unitednature.com.sg if you'd like to check on the delivery status of your order.

What currency are the prices quoted in at UnitedNature? And can I pay using a different currency?
