Terms & Conditions
1) Unitednature (Far East) Pte Ltd will contact the customer via SMS/Phone/Email within 24 hours once we receive the online order. Hence, please ensure that all contact details are accurately entered.
2) Kindly allow 3 working days for order to be processed and dispatched, subject to the availability of goods.
3) A delivery charge of $ 16 per trip will be waived for orders above $ 180.
4) Delivery is scheduled between 1pm ~ 5pm from Mondays to Fridays only.
5) Goods sold are not returnable / exchangeable unless otherwise stated.
6) Customers may select to make their payment online via PayPal or COD (cash on delivery).
