If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help!
We offer free returns or exchanges (applicable only for local deliveries) within three (3) *business days of receiving your order.
You can return your product for a store credit, a different product (subject to a top up), or a refund to the original payment method.
Items can only be returned/exchanged for free, if:
- Products delivered do not correspond with its description on the website on the date of purchase
- Products delivered are expired or badly damaged
Items for return or exchange will also have to comply to the following:
- Unconsumed, unused, unworn, undamaged and unwashed;
- In their original packaging;
- Unopened and unmarked;
- Returned as a whole and not partially: and
- Products delivered are not discounted items / bundle deals
** For health & hygiene reasons, some products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
*** Additional shipping fees will be incurred for return or exchange due to a change of mind.
For product return/exchange, please contact us within three (3) business days of receiving the product at your delivery address via:

- Please include your Name, contact number, email and Order ID
- Indicate the product(s) you wish to return or exchange from your order
- Include the reason for return or exchange
- Please include picture(s) of the package when received (In the event if item is damaged prior to opening package).
Upon receipt of your request, our team will review your return/exchange request and, at Unitednature (Far East) Pte Ltd’s sole discretion, decide within 3 *business days to:
- Replace the product with a new item;
- Provide a full refund for the product
- Credit a refund with the value of the product to the original payment method; or
- Inform you that your product is/is not eligible for free return or exchange
