Return Policy

Return/Exchange Policy


If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help!

We offer free returns or exchanges (applicable only for local deliveries) within three (3) *business days of receiving your order. 

You can return your product for a store credit, a different product (subject to a top up), or a refund to the original payment method.


Items can only be returned/exchanged for free, if:

  • Products delivered do not correspond with its description on the website on the date of purchase 
  • Products delivered are expired or badly damaged

Items for return or exchange will also have to comply to the following:

  • Unconsumed, unused, unworn, undamaged and unwashed;
  • In their original packaging;
  • Unopened and unmarked; 
  • Returned as a whole and not partially: and
  • Products delivered are not discounted items / bundle deals

** For health & hygiene reasons, some products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

*** Additional shipping fees will be incurred for return or exchange due to a change of mind.


For product return/exchange, please contact us within three (3) business days of receiving the product at your delivery address via:

  1. Please include your Name, contact number, email and Order ID
  2. Indicate the product(s) you wish to return or exchange from your order
  3. Include the reason for return or exchange
  4. Please include picture(s) of the package when received (In the event if item is damaged prior to opening package).


Upon receipt of your request, our team will review your return/exchange request and, at Unitednature (Far East) Pte Ltd’s sole discretion, decide within 3 *business days to:


  • Replace the product with a new item;
  • Provide a full refund for the product 
  • Credit a refund with the value of the product to the original payment method; or
  • Inform you that your product is/is not eligible for free return or exchange
