The Tenuta La Valle bronze drawn durum wheat semolina tortiglioni are a variant of the classic macarone and take their name from the striated effect typical of the design of the lathe.
Perfect for thick and full-bodied sauces capable of enhancing the spiral lines.

Sardinian Gnocchi 
The bronze-drawn Tenuta La Valle Sardinian gnocchetti are a pasta shape typical of the great Italian culinary tradition. Particularly suitable for tomato and meat-based sauces, they know how to release the fragrance of semolina already in cooking and they know how to capture all the flavor of the sauce with their grooves.

Cherry and Datterino Tomato Sauce
Tenuta La Valle's cherry and datterino tomato sauce is a sauce with a high concentration of cherry tomato (55%) and datterino tomato (42%), handcrafted within 24 hours of harvesting with the addition of extra virgin olive oil, basil and salt.

Cherry Tomato Sauce
Tenuta La Valle cherry tomato sauce is a high concentration sauce of cherry tomato (97%) grown on the ground and handcrafted a few hours after harvest, with the addition of extra virgin olive oil, basil and salt.

1950 - Extra Virgin Olive Oil
COLOR: Golden with green reflections
TASTE: Bitter and spicy of medium intensity and in perfect balance
SMELL: Notes of grass and sweet almond
USE:        To cook or season any type of dish

In 1950 the first Gaudenzi oil was born together with the mill, which for decades was the only oil produced by Vittorio & co.
With the arrival, years later, of the other lines, the need was felt to give an identity of its own to that oil that for years was simply called Gaudenzi oil.

Hence the name 1950, an oil made according to the traditional canons of our area: a blend of Moraiolo, Frantoio and Leccino, percentages simply dictated by the proportions with which these varieties are present in the area and strictly harvested after November 2nd.

The resulting oil is balanced, of medium intensity and with marked notes of sweet almond. 

Quinta Luna Gaudenzi - Extra Virgin Olive Oil
COLOR: Green with golden reflections
TASTE: Intense bitter and spicy and in perfect balance
SMELL: Rich in nuances with intense herbaceous, notes of artichoke and green apple
USE: Raw on any type of dish. Ideal on bruschetta, soups and cut slices

In order to study the behavior of the varieties based on harvest times, in 2007 we tried to bring the harvest forward by a month.
The oil produced was intense and very fragrant, the almond scent gave way to the artichoke, notes of freshly cut grass and olive leaves.

The bitter and spicy were more pronounced but incredibly still remained in perfect balance with each other.

That day Quinta Luna was born. The name recalls the intuition of harvesting olives after just 5 moons from flowering.
