CHEN JIAH JUANG Brown Rice Vinegar
This Brown Rice Vinegar is naturally fermented and brewed from high quality brown rice which have been placed statically in large pottery urns and matured for more than one year.
Using brown rice which is harvested from Chen Jiah Juang’s own farm without the use of pesticides, chemical fertilizers or herbicides, this vinegar does not contain glacial acetic acid and has no other vinegars added into it.
It can be diluted with 10 times of water for drinking, use it as base vinegar for making infused vinegars or even for cooking.
As this product is made from natural ingredients, sediments tend to occur and the vinegar’s color will darken naturally.
