Mulberry contains fiber, calcium, phosphorus, potassium, magnesium, carbohydrates, and iron and proteins essential to one’s good health. 
Mulberries are an excellent source of vitamin B, vitamin C, vitamin K and iron. 
They are also a good source of dietary fiber, riboflavin, phosphorus, magnesium and potassium. 


Chen Jiah Juang uses mulberries that are grown in their own farm to produce this jam.
The fruits in their farm are grown without using any pesticides or chemical fertilizers.

After harvesting, all the fruits go through a de-seeding process to remove the black seeds, leaving only the pulp and juice.
No artificial flavor, colorings and preservatives are added into the product to retain its natural taste.

Because of this, jam must be refrigerated once opened.

As a topping for desserts like pancakes, waffles, yogurt & ice creams, or as a yogurt drink.
